What do you think jiofi.local.html means? Telecom revolution provides companies like The Reliance Digital make more fast and performance routers, so “Jio” is creation of this company. They launched JioFi at the same time with SIM. Nowadays, there are only two access point Jio devices.

When you become JioFi router owner, you will have some questions. There is one word, that will help you to answer on all of them: jiofi.local.html. In this article we will find out what it is. Introduction

Every home wireless router has its won address. When you type this address in your internet browser URL bar, here will appear login window, where you need enter identification information in specified fields.

First Step: Open your Internet browser. For example, I use Google Chrome. Type router’s address in browser’s URL bar.

Second Step: Here will be status window with Internet speed of your connection and your device.

Third Step: On current screen you should find and click on “Login”

Fourth Step: Then you could see field, where you need to enter your jiofi.local.html login and password. Type them in specified fields. Default identification information is “administrator” in both fields.

Fifth Step: Next you should press enter button and then you will get in JioFi’s administrator panel. That mean you got access to your home wireless router’s web-interface.

Way of changing password

Steps above told you how to enter in administrator panel. This panel can be used to change network password. Just do all steps from instruction below:

First Step: Firstly, it’s necessary to be connected to wireless network. How it can be done if you don’t know password? Check documentation, which can be found in router’s box. Here should be all necessary information.

Second Step: Open your Internet browser. Better if it’s some usual browser.

Third Step: Type router’s IP into browser’s URL bar. You must be sure, that address is correct. Better to copy it and then paste.

Fourth Step: Then you should enter login and password in specified fields. For JioFi routers you should type “administrator” in both fields.

Fifth Step: Here will be screen with settings of current JioFi router. We want to change password of our home wireless device, so click on Settings.

Sixth Step: On left side of screen there will be “Wi-Fi Settings” tab. Choose it.

Seventh Step: Here will be three main configurations for our Wi-Fi. Change necessary options, and then press and save all changes.

Well done! After these actions, your wireless network has new password, so nobody can get access using legacy password.

Way of checking number of connected users

If you are owner of JioFi router, you are able to connect 32 users to your wireless network. To find number of connected users, just follow instruction below:

First Step: Enter in web-interface of your router typing router’s address in you web browser’s address bar.

Second Step: Enter default or new identification information in specified fields.

Third Step: Here will be “Network” tab. Select it.

Fourth Step: There should be “Client list” tab. Select this it. Here will be all information about connected to your wireless network devices. Well done!
